1. Purpose of Service
1.1 All readings, channeling sessions, and spiritual guidance are provided as tools for personal insight, empowerment, and reflection.

1.2 MiD Connection’s services are not intended to replace professional advice from qualified practitioners such as doctors, lawyers, counsellors, or financial advisors.

2. Client Responsibility
2.1 You are responsible for your own life choices, actions, and interpretations of the information received during a session. Professional, legal, medical, or financial advice should always be sought when necessary.

3. Age Requirement
3.1 Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session. Parental or guardian consent is required for minors.

4. Confidentiality

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy

5.1 Full payment is due at the time of booking.

5.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, unless otherwise decided by Jaimie.

5.3 Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

5.4 No-shows for appointments are non-refundable, unless otherwise decided by Jaimie.

6. Energy Exchange

7. Session Recordings
7.1 Permission must be granted by MiD Connection before any session is recorded. Unauthorized recording or distribution of reading content is strictly prohibited.

8.1 Outcomes, timelines, and intuitive insights are not guaranteed. Energy, free will, and external factors can influence results.

9. Use of Website and Digital Content
9.1 All written, audio, and digital materials provided by MiD Connection are protected by copyright and intended for personal use only.

10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 MiD Connection and Jaimie shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or interpretations made as a result of information shared during services or on associated platforms.
